When will my pin ship?
We ship orders 2-3 weeks after the month ends. For example, if you subscribe in January, your pin will arrive mid-to-late February. Timing may vary slightly, but we'll get your surprise to you as quickly as possible!
Can I choose which pin design I receive?
Nope! That's the mystery and magic of the club. Every month's design is a complete surprise - you won't know what you're getting until you open your adorable Hoppy Together package. Trust us, the anticipation is half the fun!
What size are the pins?
Each pin is 1.25" - 2" and made from high-quality hard enamel. They're the perfect size to wear on jackets, bags, hats, or display on a pin board!
Do matching pins come in the same package?
Yes! If you choose the Matching Pins option ($25/month), both pins will arrive together in the same shipment.
What are the bonus goodies?
We love surprises, so we randomly include little extras in some orders throughout the month. It could be stickers, notes, or other fun surprises - you'll have to open your package to find out!
What's this golden ticket thing?
Random orders each month will include a golden ticket! If you find one, you and your partner win matching t-shirts from our store!
How does the 20% discount work?
As a club member, you automatically get 20% off everything in our online store, plus access to our secret members-only store with exclusive items!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may take a bit longer to arrive depending on your location.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! Your subscription renews automatically each month, but you can cancel anytime with no hassle. Just make sure to cancel before your next billing date.
Do you offer refunds?
Since we're a small team who personally designs each exclusive pin in limited quantities just for our club members, all sales are final once processed.
Can I get a refund if I don't like my pin?
Since each pin is a mystery and part of the experience is not knowing what you'll get, all sales are final. We put so much love into designing and creating each month's pin, and we think you'll love the surprise! If you're unsure, we recommend starting with just one month to see if the club is right for you.
What if my pin arrives damaged?
Oh no! While this rarely happens, if your pin arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out to us right away with a photo and we'll make it right. 💕
