1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “Complete order,” “Pay now,” or any similar button—and by accessing or using the Site—you affirmatively accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
3.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ("USD") unless otherwise noted.
3.2 We may modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice; price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
3.3 Colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary by monitor.
4. Order Process & Payment
4.1 When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
4.2 Payment is captured at checkout via Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, or major credit cards. All payment gateways are PCI‑DSS compliant.
4.3 Sales tax is collected where required by law and displayed at checkout.
4.4 Order confirmation: Immediately after checkout we email you a confirmation summarising your purchase.
5. Fulfilment & Shipping
5.1 Production time: 2–5 business days (peak periods up to 7 business days).
5.2 Transit time: USA 3–5 business days; International 5–20 business days.
5.3 We ship from U.S. facilities via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or comparable carriers.
5.4 Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility; international buyers act as the importer of record for customs purposes.
5.5 If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will invoice you for reshipping.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 All sales are final.
6.2 If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or mis‑printed, email info@relationshipfrog.com within seven (7) days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will, at our discretion, (a) replace the item free of charge or (b) issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6.3 Returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
6.4 EEA/UK consumers: Nothing in this Section limits any statutory withdrawal ("cooling‑off") rights available to consumers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and text on the Site are the property of Tiny Little Consulting LLC d/b/a “Relationship Frog” or its licensors. Subject to Section 8, we grant you a limited, revocable licence to share our content on social media for non‑commercial purposes, provided you credit “@relationshipfrog” and include any applicable watermark. Any other use, reproduction, or distribution requires our express written permission.
8. User‑Generated Content & DMCA Notice
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content ("UGC"), you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that UGC in any media.
Copyright complaints (DMCA): We have registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@relationshipfrog.com or by mail to DMCA Agent, Tiny Little Consulting LLC d/b/a “Relationship Frog,” 1500 N. Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, USA, identifying (a) the copyrighted work, (b) the infringing material, and (c) your contact details. We will respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
9. Third‑Party Links
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and provide them only for convenience.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, supply‑chain interruptions, epidemic or pandemic, carrier delays, or governmental actions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Little Consulting LLC d/b/a “Relationship Frog” shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiny Little Consulting LLC d/b/a “Relationship Frog” and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
14. Electronic Communications, Changes & Waivers
14.1 You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
14.2 We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 No waiver or modification of these Terms is effective unless in writing and signed by us; customer‑service emails or chats do not constitute a waiver of any term.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, except either party may bring a qualifying claim in small‑claims court. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies linked herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tiny Little Consulting LLC d/b/a “Relationship Frog” regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
