1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

Made‑to‑order production – Every item is printed once you place an order. Average fulfilment is 2 – 5 business days; during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday) this may extend to 7–10 business days.

30‑day FTC compliance – If production is ever expected to exceed 30 days, we will email you with the option to approve the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Split shipments – Items may ship from multiple facilities. You might receive more than one package and tracking number at no extra cost.

Eco‑friendly packaging – Whenever possible we use recyclable, post‑consumer‑material mailers.

* We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail and others to optimise cost and speed.
** Transit time begins once the parcel is handed to the carrier and excludes the 2‑5‑day production window.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO – We can ship to PO Boxes and U.S. military addresses via USPS only; please choose a USPS‑based rate at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Live rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and the carrier’s real‑time fees. Multi‑item orders are automatically combined where possible to keep shipping costs low.
4. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We ship worldwide except to: Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Russia, Belarus, Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea due to carrier or legal restrictions.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT assessed on arrival. Packages returned for unpaid customs duties will be treated as unclaimed and are not eligible for a refund. We can reship once duties are prepaid; we’ll invoice you for the new postage.
6. Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers activate within 24–48 hours of carrier pickup.

Status updates may lag on international legs that transfer to “last‑mile” services (e.g., DHL eCommerce ➜ Deutsche Post).

7. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Lost in transit – If tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international), email info@relationshipfrog.com; we’ll file a carrier claim and send a free replacement or refund. Our liability is limited to the merchandise value of your order.

Address issues – Parcels returned for an invalid or incomplete address can be reshipped; we’ll invoice you for the second shipment.

Force‑majeure delays – Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier network disruptions may extend delivery windows.

Signature service – U.S. customers may add “Signature Required” at checkout for an extra $4.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items enter production quickly, address or item changes are guaranteed only if requested within 12 hours of purchase.
