How do I manage my subscription?
You can use our website to login and manage your subscription! Access it using our navigation bar! Need help? Email info@relationshipfrog.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.
When will my sticker sheet arrive?
You're billed immediately when you subscribe. Your first sheet ships 7-14 days after the month ends with tracking.
Example: Subscribe in January → Billed in January → First sheet ships around Feb 7-14.
Estimated delivery times:
- US: 2-15 business days
- Canada: 5-12 business days
- EU/UK: 1½-3 weeks
- AUS/NZ: 2-3½ weeks
- Other countries: 2-4 weeks
Can I buy multiple subscriptions?
Yes!
For different people: Check out separately for each subscription. Use your email but put the recipient's shipping address.
For yourself: Add multiple subscriptions to your cart and check out once.
My sticker sheet never arrived?
Check the delivery times above first. If it's been longer than expected, email info@relationshipfrog.com within 4 weeks of the ship date with your order details.
What's your refund policy?
All subscriptions are final, but we stand behind our quality! If your sheet arrives damaged, email info@relationshipfrog.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges, but past charges are non-refundable.
