Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to the Sticker Club, you'll receive monthly deliveries based on your subscription. Your payment method will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically each month until you cancel.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, login to your account or email us at info@relationshipfrog.com.
Important Details:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You'll continue to receive your sticker sheet for any month you've already been charged for
- Once you cancel, you won't be charged again
- Past charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges
Damaged or Defective Items: If your sticker sheet arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@relationshipfrog.com within 30 days and we'll make it right by sending a replacement.
Missing Shipments: If your sticker sheet doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at info@relationshipfrog.com within 4 weeks of the ship date and we'll investigate.
All subscription sales are final and non-refundable, but we're always here to help if there's an issue with your order.
