Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
Because every item is printed on‑demand, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, mis‑printed, or otherwise defective.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Covered defects – Scratched or flaking prints, torn fabric, or a design/size that differs from your order confirmation.

Notification window – Email info@relationshipfrog.com within seven (7) days of delivery and include (a) your order number and (b) clear photos of the issue.

Claims submitted after 7 days, or without the requested evidence, may be denied.

All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once your order is completed.
3. What happens next

We review your claim within two (2) business days.

If approved, we will either (a) ship a free replacement or (b) issue a 100 % refund to your original payment method—your choice.

You will receive tracking details for a replacement or a refund confirmation once processed.
4. Non‑returnable & final‑sale items

Size exchanges, colour swaps, or “change‑of‑mind” returns are not accepted.

Gift cards and digital downloads (if offered) are non‑refundable.
5. EU / UK 14‑day cooling‑off right
If you are a consumer in the EEA or United Kingdom, nothing in this policy limits your statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. To exercise that right:

Email us within the 14‑day window; and

Return the item unused and in original packaging at your own cost.
We will refund the product price (and the cheapest standard shipping option, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of postage.
6. Lost packages & incorrect addresses

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact the carrier first. Stolen packages are not covered.

Parcels returned due to an invalid or incomplete address can be reshipped; we will invoice you for the second shipment.
7. Shipping returns (if requested)
We provide a prepaid return label only for approved defective‑item returns. All other return‑shipping costs are non‑refundable.
